High School Transition night

Dear Parents and Guardians,
The time to re-enroll for our 2018-2019 school year is quickly approaching. The dates to re-enroll your current student begins December 1st and will end January 12th. You will need to re-enroll your student in order to guarantee your spot next school year.
On December 1st, a new form will be available in your Skyward account for you to complete. You can also complete a paper form that will be available in the front office.

Harmony Public Schools | Notice of Public Hearing

As part of the December 13, 2017 Board of Directors Regular Meeting, Harmony Public Schools will hold a public hearing to discuss the HPS Schools’ 2016-2017 Financial Rating Systems of Texas (FIRST) accountability ratings.

The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room, located at 9321 W Sam Houston Pkwy S, Houston, TX 77099.

Gifted and Talented Graphic

In accordance with the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented students, Harmony Public Schools will begin taking nominations for kindergarten and newly-enrolled students in grades 1-12 for gifted and talented screening. Effective September 1, 2017, anyone interested in the educational welfare of these students may nominate them for assessment.

Nomination forms are available at the front office and on the school’s web site. The forms must be returned to the front office by Friday, September 29, 2017. Assessment will begin on Monday, October 2, 2017. For more information about the screening and identification process, parents may contact the school’s GT Coach/teacher.

PS: Due to Hurricane Harvey, all Houston campuses will be accepting nominations until October 11th.
